@TSA, I'm at @fly2midway & one of your agents just stopped me b/c he thought I was moving to fast & said he'd call @Chicago_Police.
I don't know who this guy is but he's got a ton of supporters out there

He's a community activist concerned about police violence. TSA threatening to call the Chicago Police on him must have really set off the community.

He's the number two guy on here: http://www.joincampaignzero.org/about/

Thank you!

Makes me wonder if he was targeted.

I would be surprised if he was targeted at MDW based on his off-airport activism.

After I wrote that I thought "no, TSA's not capable of targeting one person".

"They all look the same" -- a kind of line I've heard in court from the only witness to a reported incident where the defendant was found guilty by an American judge in a non-jury trial. The upside of that kind of identification problem is the TSA employee probably has issues with identifying some kind of people whom they may have seen on TV or online.

Being a customer is suspicious. TSA - more sublime than Joe Heller or Terry Jones.

Doesn't require a TSA effort, just one person who doesn't like someones politics and in a position of power could do something like this. Target of opportunity.

What could possibly be more suspicious at an airport than someone in a hurry?

Wasn't there a TV commercial for luggage years ago that featured OJ running and weaving through an airport?

Of course, that was pre-TSA, when people traveling were still presumed innocent unless they actually did something wrong.

And remember where OJ is now. The TSA should have busted him!

OJ didn't get to where he is now by running through airports.

OJ is eligible for parole next October, otherwise he will continuing serving his 33 year sentence.

He could get paroled and violate probation by getting arrested because an alert TSO busted him for moving too fast through the airport.

Given his activism I wonder if he intentionally tried to be a target.

That doesn't make the reason given for stopping him a good reason.
