Curious about being denied entry

I'm curious to know that when CBP denies someone entry to the USA does that also include the US Virgin islands such as St. Thomas?

Yes. They are within the Customs Territory of the US. Everything except the CNMI and American Samoa.

But then other countries, especially the British, will question why on earth were you denied entry into the U.S. if they choose to look at your visa pages of your passport.....

Never been denied entry into any other country, but I have been questioned how a young guy like me can holiday in Europe every 2 years.....
