You are incorrect. A few months ago, I videotaped a TSA employee on a power trip. Did TSA tell me I could not film or did they try to confiscate my video? (No.) Would her supervisor have taken my complaint against the power-tripping TSA employee seriously without video evidence? (Probably not.)

Photos and videos are one of a very limited number of tools that pax can use to hold government actors such as the TSA accountable. You work against the public interest by stating incorrectly that air travelers are not allowed to photograph and film at TSA checkpoints.
