Response to NPRM re whole body scanning due

IIRC, the TSA's response to the whole body scanning NPRM is due very soon.

Will we see it or will another suit have to be filed to force TSA to respond?

The last TSA response to NPRM comments that I saw dismissed most of the comments as irrelevant, and the final rule was exactly the same as the proposed rule. I figure that is what will happen here, but at least I can point people to the 5,000+ public comments when they insist that the body scanners are awesome, effective, etc.

When/where has the TSA ever responded?
