On the No-Fly list? No worries-just walk across the border

Left hand calling right hand.....Come in right hand......over?

An American student who discovered he was included on the government’s no-fly list and was barred from a U.S.-bound flight from Costa Rica was reunited with family and friendsafter he flew to Mexico and then walked across the U.S.-Mexico border Thursday evening.......

Well his chances of being used as part of an American- or Israeli-backed assassination team on the ground inside Iran to take out some Iranian civilians with scientific backgrounds have just dropped.

Those who play without reservation into those NSC-run purposes get fast-track dropped off the NFL once the FBI knows they are completely squeezed game and dealing with a painful leash.

Then again, this seems more likely just part of the picture of desperately trying to guess what Hezbollah network there may be in the Americas that may retaliate if there is more overt military conflict with Iran on Iranian territory.
Like TSA, DL SkyMiles management treats airline customers as if they are the enemy or sheep to be fleeced and it shows.

The ACLU (of which I'm not always a fan) has been fighting this for years:

And once you’re on a watch list, you’re entirely at the government’s mercy if you want to get off. We’ve challenged this regime in federal court on behalf of fifteen U.S. citizens and legal residents who were not allowed to board flights but have never been given any explanation or opportunity to object. On Friday, my colleague Nusrat Choudhury appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to argue that placing our clients on the No Fly List without providing them any opportunity to confront and rebut the “evidence” against them is unconstitutional.
The entire article makes for an interesting and frustrating read.
