product change - Ink to Sapphire?
I need to close my business account. With the recent chase changes I don't think I would get approved for a new sapphire. Is it possible to do a product change from ink to sapphire?

Nope. You can’t do a product change between business and personal cards.

That's my understanding too. They keep business and personnel cards separate.
But I guess what do you have to lose by calling and asking? As they say YMMV
