Ultimate Rewards not posting extra points?
anyone else having problems? I have noticed small amounts of 'missing' extra points here and there, but not paid a lot of attention, till this past week I made a specific purchase by clicking through to get 15x points- they didn't give the extra so I sent a msg thru the customer center, to which they replied that I hadn't clicked thru!!! I thought I had a screenshot of the 15x points,and it is still an offer, but is there anything left to do? anyone here had any luck appealing something like this?

I've never had this situation come up but that can be frustrating.
I can't think of anyway for you to appeal other than contact Chase

While I've not experienced this, I read a few places online which suggested using a clean browser (ie Porn/Privacy mode) with all of the AdBlockers disabled when attempting one of these purchases. So far with Chase UR Mall, TopCashBack, EBates, etc., this has always worked 100%.
It doesn't help you out with your current situation, but maybe it might explain what happened.

well, I am out of luck it appears.... b/c I went thru the CSP portal,but used a freedom card..... I don't get the extra points. I guess it's true, if you shop thru the CSP portal you'd better use your CSP card..... I remember in the past I used to use a different card and got points no problem
