Looking for more cards with UR points or United Miles bonuses

Hey guys,

I have the following cards and am looking for more to complete my trip this summer. I currently have:

Chase SP - 43k UR
Chase INK bold - 61k UR
United Explorer Personal - 58k Miles

I had the Freedom already and cancelled. Any thoughts as to what else I can get? United Business? Chase Ink Plus?

Thanks!

As you said, United Business 50k and Ink Plus 50k (70k targeted offers are floating around). That's the low hanging fruit, and only worthwhile fruit IMO.

Ink Plus for sure.

Why cancel a Freedom?

You pretty much answered your own question.
Why not start with the AA 50k cards if you haven't already,
Sure you can't combine them into UR/UA, but they will surely be usefull.

I have an AA card and got the 50k, however I am not sure what to do with them since I never travel within the US. I think I will try for the Ink plus. Wish the 50k came up for the United business.

Almost all major hotel brands let you transfer their points to United.

E.g. Choice Hotels is one.... 5:1 ratio (5000 Choice points = 1000 UA miles).

You can get the hotel branded CC for bonus and transfers.... or (gasp!) even purchase points for transfer.

The last is not lucrative, but it is a method.

Here's my two cents:

1. Chase Sapphire (regular, not preferred)
2. Chase Ink Bold Visa (assuming you have a MC version, you can get the Visa and a new sign up bonus)
3. Chase Ink Plus Visa
4. United Business
5. Freedom Mastercard (if you had the Visa, but hard to find a link)
6. Chase Ink Cash (I'm not sure on this, but the points you get from this card may be the same as UR points, but do your own research on it)

Not very. I said I wanted a separate Ink card to keep track of reimbursable expenses.

From what I understand this is no longer possible. Please tell me I'm wrong.

I can't confirm/deny. You may have more recent info than I do. But based on this blogger's experience, it did work (as of Oct 2013), though who knows now how quickly things change.
