Chase Freedom eliminates Exclusives (10+10) even for those grandfathered in?

Check your UR points for the past statement. My statement closed 3/3, looks like my 10+10 died on 2/9... However, I noticed this in my UR summary:
"+ Points transferred from other product -2,865"
AKA I earned negative points on last statement. Didn't transfer, didn't redeem. They better not have retroactively removed 10+10 earnings from my account. I just called and they had no idea why that happened. I'll reply when I hear back. Anyone else have this?

I have been a freedom holder since 2007. I stopped receiving the 10/10 back in 2013. May have to go back and check on dates but it may have coincided with when chase switched me from the MasterCard to the visa involuntarily.

This obviously is unacceptable. After speaking with a supervisor I was able to get the points reinstated. Just please please keep your eyes on it for when your 10+10 goes away.

Just wanted to follow up. I didn't receive a response from Chase, and had to call again. Turns out that when Chase "product changed" me from a 10+10 Exclusives Freedom to a regular(?) Freedom, they retroactively subtracted 2,865 points from my account. I did some quick searching, and it looks like it was all of the URs I earned from Feb 2015 - Feb 2016 solely on the 10+10 benefit.
This obviously is unacceptable. After speaking with a supervisor I was able to get the points reinstated. Just please please keep your eyes on it for when your 10+10 goes away.

I know this is an old thread, but I just noticed my 10+10 finally went away in August of 2017. I guess I was lucky in that I got grandfathered in for so long.
What's weird is, my August 2017 final point balance was 26,485.
September 2017 beginning point balance was 40,233, and a "Points Transferred from other product" adjustment of negative 13,127. Add in actual purchase points of 211 (1 point per $) and 916 (bonus 5% cat), the total was 28,233 ending point balance. The weird thing is, my purchases for the month totaled $623, so I'm not sure how the 211 points was determined.
I checked old balances in prior months, and they all rolled forward fine, and the balances continued to roll forward fine post September 2017.
Overall, it doesn't look like I lost any points in the conversion, so no need to sweat it. But for those who were still under the impression that you're getting 10/10 bonus, check your statement and point activity closely. I slacked on my end and didn't realize it until 7 months later.
