Got shot down via SM trying to get the bump to 60K. Somewhat surprised as I applied less than 60 days ago. Is there a better department to SM than rewards?
Thank you for contacting Chase about the 60,000 bonus
offer.
It is never our intention to cause inconvenience to our
customers due to the different offers. The offer which
you received was the offer promoted at the time of your
application.
Further, it is the marketing team which decides and
designs such offers and promotes them for new customers
while the application processes. Keeping the volatility
of the markets in mind, different offers are made
available at different times. Therefore, as it is a non
transferable offer I am unable to add any additional
reward points to your account.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you,

Hello, I recently applied for my Ink Bold card. My sign
up bonus offer was for 50,000 points after spending $5,000
in the first 3 months. However, I am disappointed to see
a higher public offer for the same card which offers
60,000 points after the same spend requirement. Would it
be possible to get this better offer instead, or if that
is not possible, would it be possible get a courtesy
adjustment of 10,000 points?

But the app coupons are in-store only. If you can find enough stock and manager willing to sell 10 copies, its great. The store near my place doesn't carry that kind of stock and the manager refused to sell me too many items back in Jan when they had 25% back in rewards. That one was worth more than a couple hundred bucks.

Also denied after SMing - was told it was because it was a targeted offer. How can they claim this when it appears that anyone can go to that site, apply, and get approved? No where on the application page does it ask for an invite code to be entered. ???

Has anyone had any luck applying for 2 cards with Chase on the same day in order to avoid 2 inquiries? I was thinking about applying for 1 business card and 1 personal card. I'm sure it's likely to involve Reconsideration but does Chase have any policy or restrictions on applying for 2 cards within a given time frame?
Of course, if you do that, go into it knowing that you MUST MUST MUST call about the second application or it WILL be denied.
If you don't want to have to call, don't bother with the second app. (I say that because I knew I didn't want to have to call but I put in a second app anyhow, and was denied as expected.. didn't cost me a second pull thankfully but I do feel stupid for submitting that second application at all, considering I *knew* I wouldn't bother calling.)
