[Me] so I just applied for the card. I just wanted to confirm the terms

Looks like anyone that sends a DM asking for 80k is still getting it, though perhaps without a $50 statement credit.

Yeah as an update I ended up not getting a statement credit because it was only a credit towards instant bookings. Or something like that.

Wasn't worth a battle for me.

Got the 80k points.

Just applied for the targeted 80k/$50 offer and got pending. The screen message said to call immediately, but the email said they'll let me know in a few days. Do I call or wait? The number they gave me was 1-800-527-7419.

I'm self employed, so I'm guessing that's why they want me to call. Wife and I actually make more than what I entered, but I'm always conservative on CC apps.

If they need info to process the app and you don't call you will be denied

My statement from chase posted Saturday. Shows they sent 81,900 points.

I called chase to verify they sent to correct IHG account. Account was correct.

Still no points showing up when I log into ihg. Frustrating.

I applied for the 70k offer last week, was approved, card hasn't arrived yet.

Sent secure message yesterday asking for the 80k offer, got message back saying that they would give me the extra 10k, I just have to call in after I get the 70k and they will give me 10k more.

No request for the $50 credit by me and no mention of it by Chase.

Just called, approved. But what's weird is that I reduced my credit limits by 15k a few weeks ago, and they still needed to pull some credit from an existing card. And I've closed a few cards out lately too. I only have 2 Freedom cards open right now since they're my oldest cards that I keep for AAOA. The new IHG card already shows up in my account.

Now they are saying the points only show up in your account after the 27th of each month.
