Nature Air reliability in mid-July

I have a Nature Air flight 7 AM from San Jose to Managua July 16. During this time is there a high chance of cancellation due to it being rainy season? I'm thinking I may book copa on miles as a backup.

In July, the rains are much more likely to come in the afternoon. Mornings are generally bright and clear. I wouldn't worry about it.
