Praise where it's due
Gotta hand it to CX, I recently flew 4 J sectors and think it currently stands head-and-shoulders above other OW carriers for (in no order or preference): 1) efficiency; 2) service; 3) quality/choice of food and wine.
As uncharacteristic as it is for me to write such a gushing post, there's a thing or two CS could teach other OW carriers about the above.
Hope they don't rest on their laurels, as has been the case with BA, LA, IB... need I go on?
