Where / how to book flight from ITA Matrix? (master thd)

Question on ITA Matrix website and booking on aa.com
Hello,
I made an itinerary on Matrix for the following trip and got a fare of $ 1471.62
June 1 from AUS-ORD-AUH-TRV and return June 17 TRV-AUH-ORD-AUS
It shows up as AA(and operated by Etihad). But when I try to look up the exact route both on AA or Etihad website, I can't seem to get these fares at all. In fact I don't get the above route on AA at all with Etihad.
Does it mean I have to call agents for making this reservation or is there a way to book this online?

I just tried on ITA and I still see the same fares. On different machine and browsers.
For example, On June 1
AA-1201 AUS-ORD
AA 6007(Marketed by Etihad) ORD-AUH
Etihad 272 AUH-TRV
But AA.com does not even show the etihad connections in there even if I put All Airlines in the search criteria- it shows Qatar Airways

Trying to book an ITA fare
I need around 80 TP to get to BAEC Silver this year.
So uhmm.. i found this fare:
AA 198 ORD-JFK in P
AA 1096 JFK-BOS in P
CHI AA X/NYC AA BOS 234.42KA4UPPM1 USD 234.42 END ZP ORD JFK XT 17.58US 8.00ZP 5.00AY 9.00XF ORD4.50 JFK4.50
ORD-BOS with a stop at JFK . 120 TP @ ~$275. Yeah it's good!
I can't seem to book it online. Is there anyway to book this fare without calling the airlines?
Any help will be appreciated!

where can I book this R/T flight which shows on ITA?
I have tried numerous OTAs (Kayak, hipmunk, etc) phoned AA direct. Was told there is no N stock on any of the flights. It has been pricing the same(ish) on ITA for days. Is it real? Any suggestions on where to book it?

You can book this on aa.com which comes to USD840.62
Not quite as good as the one you were looking at, but it is only USD35 difference.
