Online Booking Bonus
When do the 500 miles for online booking post?
I have booked several flights on CX website in the last month and have not seen any bonuses yet. (MPC number was provided and flights show up in Manage Account immediately)
Also, I used my new AMEX CX Elite credit card to get 2 AM per $6 spend on CX flights. The statement has closed by I can't reconcile the amount of miles posted (there are multiple small welcome bonuses and overseas spend bonus). Is there a thread that explains the earning rates for this card?
