CX upgrade using BA miles
Is is possible to upgrade a CS ticket (from business to first) using BA miles? If so, how?

Simple answer : NO

Besides you're asking the wrong question in this forum anyway... why should anyone here (on CX forum) know if you can upgrade using another airlines' miles?

Even the more complex answer is still no.

Upgrading using avios is only avalable on BA metal, AA, and IB.

If booked as an Avios redemption in the first place it can be done (I've done this myself), if not then no
