Was considering booking a premium economy seat on this new route. I think they'll use the B777 four class plane? Can anyone confirm?
I was wondering what the best PE seat would be. Does anyone have experience with this aircraft in the PE section?

812 seems to be doing extremely well...around 80% of the flights in July/August are sold out in Y based on EF flight availability. 811 not as well, maybe 20% of the flights sold out. How does such a disparity exist, outside of a lot of hkg based pax booking one way flights? Seems a little early for one way student travel.

Well July/August is international student migration season, especially with the loads of schools in the New England area. I would expect the loads to be good. I've been one a waitlist for 812 for J since February.

For me personally, the ex-BOS departure time is a no go, not to mention to arrival time in HKG. I'd much rather connect at JFK. Ex-HKG, though, it's perfect.

Trying to get HKG-BOS for 11 July. Flight shows F1A1, but not a single seat in F reserved on the seat map? So 5 out of 6 seats in F are sold and not a single person pre-reserved a seat? I don't buy it.
