They do, though I've found they are released weeks later than transpac tickets. This can create a problem when you're trying to book at 331 days. If you wait, you lose the transpac seats, if you book those, you don't know if you'll be able to add the connections.

I also have been looking at U seats HKG-DPS. Looks like CX is selling alot of J seats on this route. Very slim pickings even close in compared to some of their other regional routes

Today's flight has abundant award availability in both classes. Tomorrow has 8 available in biz class. Saturday has 7 in economy and only one in biz. My sense is that will increase soon. Unsure how all this compares to other regional routes, but awards HKGDPS seem pretty easy to me.
