Does MPO silver tier expire?
I have a total of 49,500 miles and I was a silver member,but my card said expire in Oct 2009. So now what? Im I back to green member? Also do they still give out membership cards? Whats this I have about paying $50 for upgrade to Marco Polo club?

Sounds like not only have you been downgraded but you're no longer even MPC GR if they want you to pay $50. You really should call MPC or Asia Miles and double check your status.
