Fort George Hotel and Marina, Belize City
Anyone stayed at this property before? Interested on your take on the three different room types: club, villa, and colonial.
I'm assuming the club rooms are best, based on price, but appears all three are different buildings, so curious to hear from those who have been to the hotel.
Thanks.

The Radisson has are two buildings, with the main building having an original part and a newer tower. The building across the street is not for me, even though there is a pool and a coffee shop. I find the rooms to be much less nice, even if they are quite a bit bigger. And I really don't like to longish walk to the hotel restaurant.
The hotel has free wifi, but it's very slow. The tour desk offers an airport shuttle service (small bus), for about half the price of a taxi. Airport-hotel taxi is USD 25 fixed price, shuttle is $13.
The Radisson Fort George is the best hotel in BZE City, IMO. There is a newer Best Western, but it is charmless. The Princess is sleazy. The only reason the hotel exists is to make the casino legal.

I stayed here a couple of years ago. Very nice hotel with a decent bar & restaurant.
My room had a nice sea view though unfortunately it was a bit cloudy during my stay. Very muggy outside!
Easy walk to the city centre (not much though...) and seaside walk next to the hotel.
