Anyone have problem booking award stay on website?
Trying to book Royal Dublin, only showing standard award room at 44,000. I want to book premium room at 66,000 but it is not showing yet business class rooms available on both nights I want.
Called CSR, they said because I do not have enough for 2 nights (even though I am Visa cardholder and only need points for one night), they will not allow me to book.
Never had problem in the past.
