business room award, breakfast?

business room award, breakfast?
hello everyone
just made an award booking for a "Business Class" room at the Radisson Blu Beke in Budapest, which seems very nice. When having a look at the rate it says "room only" and further down "incl. Buffet Breakfast". Anyone have any experience what is now true here?

business room award, breakfast?
Stayed at the hotel in November on business room redemption (on the old rate, with credit card free night - was a great deal).
Breakfast is included with the business room. They will have your name on the list.

As concierge, I have been upgraded to business class rooms and given breakfast at lounge.
I have also NOT been upgraded to Business Class room and no lounge access, but yes breakfast at restaurant (Full Buffet)
