EMEA properties that post 2-4-1 and 4-4-2 stays as one & two eligible nights

EMEA properties that post 2-4-1 and 4-4-2 stays as one & two eligible nights
In view of the Q1 2015 promo, I think it's beneficial to have a list of all EMEA properties (the region that offers 2-4-1 and 4-4-2 rates for Golds) that incorrectly posted these stays as only one or two eligible nights, respectively, for elite qualification and promotion purposes.
I personally think that it is possible to contact the hotel or Carlson CS to have these stays reposted correctly reflecting all nights stayed. But I must admit that in the past, I never bothered to go after the hotels that did this since the night credits were not all that important to me at the time. But please share your experiences on which hotels did post incorrectly and what actions you took and results achieved, if any.
So I will start:
Radisson Blu Basel - 2-4-1 posted as only one eligible night - stayed in 2013
Radisson Blu Berlin - 4-4-2 posted as only two eligible nights - stayed in 2014
Mods: please feel free to turn this into a wiki if deemed more appropriate.

about time we had this:
Radisson Blu Birmingham - posted 2-4-1 as one eligible night - stayed in 2013 - but I emailed CC CS and they corrected it
I also suggest we included the ones that do post correctly:
Park Plaza Utrecht - posted either 2-4-1 as two and 4-4-2 as four eligible nights - stays in 2012-14
Radisson Blu Sofia - posted 4-4-2 as four eligible nights - stay in 2013
Art'Hotel Budapest - posted 4-4-2 as four eligible nights - stay in 2013
Park Inn Prague - posted 4-4-2 as four eligible nights - stay in 2013

If memory serves, all of these posted a 2-4-1 as 2 nights:
* Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh
* Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest
* Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Copenhagen
* Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel & Thalasso, Cannes
* Park Inn By Radisson Bedford
(Those are all stays from last year, so I can see the points on the statement, but can't see the number of nights, but I'm pretty sure they all came through as 2-nighters in the "Year-To-Date Elite Progress" table)
* Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh
* Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest
