Radisson Blu Cairo Requesting CC...
I asked for a shuttle meet and greet at CAI, website indicates 10 usd each way. I emailed the hotel and received the following:

Clear copy of American Express card face and
back + card number + expiry
date + mailing

Is that SOP? I don't feel comfortable sending them images of the card, the hotel reservation was made through the Carlson website.

I've experienced this occasionally when using Concierge's services so I guess it can be counted as normal procedure. They've always asked for credit card's information but sometimes filling a form has been enough and there has been no need to send any pictures. I'm with you though, I'm not comfortable sending images of my CC either.
