2 for 1 rate booked, but status going to expire
Hi guys, today I've booked a 4 nights stay with 241 rate in an European property, due to my status Gold. After that I've realized that my gold status is going to expire (Gold > Silver) on Apr. 19 and my trip will start at the end of Apr.. What can i Do?
Has the status be valid at the time of reservation or at the time of check-in?
Anyone has never falled in this trouble ?
