Great, thanks for sharing. Hopefully it will work for all 2-for-1 stays until the end of promotion - I booked the only available 2-for-1 stay ending July 21st...

It said $550/EUR550, either way it's pretty bad.

Was gonna book a CI&S till I just realzied that its really only a 8k bonus and not 10k. I usually book 1 nighters so I earn 2k for the Online booking well if I book 2 nights I still only get 2k and not 4k.

Went with 2 MRs instead that yields me a free Cat 1-4 with the lastest Mega Bonus.Or a 1-5 if I get lucky like the last one where they changed it to 1-5

Cool

Once again, Carlson nabbed me for their promo. Had to stay 2 nights anyway, my usual hotel was booked up, and CI&S rooms were open for $56/night.

Thanks, Carlson. ^

If EMEA qualifies, how about the RSGP1P1?

What exactly EMEA means? A promo code or a short form of some sort?

For the properties in Germany I am looking at, it gives an insane rate of 50 euro a night for RSGP1P1.

I assume the Book and Save 35% off works also but the RSGP1P1 is 12 euro cheaper per night.

Thanks.

I went back to the FAQ of this forum and figured out the 2-4-1 benefit for Elites.

The rate is the same as the RSGP1P1.

In the rate details both rates earn Gold points therefore I assume whether book thru the 2-4-1 page or use the RSGP1P1 promo code would earn the 10K bonus because our stay is Fri and Sat.

Are these rates paid at the hotel or prepaid? They are cancellable up to date of check in without penalty - usually this means rate is not prepaid. Do I understand it correctly?

Question Where are Club Carlsons Best US & Canada Properties

I was wondering where the best US, Canadian and Carribean Club Carlson properties are. Not necessarily the ones that cost the most points but it could be some of those too. Anyone care to suggest some of the better Club Carlson properties in the US, Canada & Carribean?

Just found out the hard way that a 3-night stay, booked through Hotels.com as a mobile exclusive doesn't earn any points at all (and also not the 10K bonus) :-(

Nothing new there... That's what all hotel programs do.
