Arrival customers at MBJ will be met by an agent with a sign with their name on it as they exit the jetway, and escorted to diplomatic channels for immigration, to recover baggage and through fast access through customs and to the lounge to meet the transportation. This can in some circumstances cut your arrivals experience substantially - reducing it from two and even three hours at busy times.

Please follow the steps below to ensure an expedited and smooth arrival process:
  1. Upon disembarking the plane, please descend to the bottom of the ramp where you will be greeted by your Club Mobay Representative holding a personalized sign.
  2. Please identify yourself to your Club MoBay Representative who will ensure that your Immigration/Customs forms have been accurately completed.
  3. You will then be escorted to the VIP Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed by the authorities. Your Representative will always be within close vicinity to assist with any queries.
  4. Once through Immigration, your Club Mobay Representative will escort you to the Baggage Hall where they will assist with your baggage claim.
  5. You will then proceed along with your Representative to the VIP Fast Track line in the Customs hall.
  6. Once you have cleared Customs, you will be escorted to the Club Mobay Arrivals lounge where you will be greeted with a cold towel and refreshments.
  7. If your hotel offers an arrivals lounge, our Representative will escort you there to await transportation to your destination.
  8. If you are being hosted by our Club Mobay Lounge, our Representative will guide you to your ground transportation.

As part of your bundled service, your departure tickets and detailed instructions for accessing our Club Mobay Departure lounge will be presented to you by our Representative. Please secure these tickets as they are required for entry into the Club Mobay Departure Lounge.

Service fee is non-refundable for cancellations received less than 48 hours before scheduled service.

Please print the confirmation letter and present to your Club Mobay Representative upon arrival.

Kindly note it is the responsibility of our valued customers to inform Club Mobay of any changes or flight updates made to the original itinerary. Should you have any update/changes/ queries please contact via:

Does anyone know what the real time savings of the VIP immigration/customs service is? If you're seated in F/J, and are quick off the plane, does it really save you any time?

I've used it for a few years around Christmas time and it has saved us significant time every time. If there is more than one flight coming in within an hour on either side of you, immigration is a mess.

Also, despite what they tell you on the plane, it's one form per person, not per family.

We sat in the front row in our plane last october, we were off quick and through, their were some folks a couple rows behind us who used it. They were only a few steps in front of us in immigaration and ended up behind us at customs.

Priority Pass and VIP arrival service?

Perhaps a dumb question, but I am led to ask based on a comment which can be found in the frugaltravelguy article which is linked in the wiki above:

May one use the arrival service/line skipping by simply showing your priority pass to an agent on arrival/or emailing and reserving ahead of time?

Common sense would tend to dictate that the priority pass only provides access to the lounge, whether it's the arrival or departures lounge- and would not entitle one to expedited immigration/customs access on arrival. But, the comment in the linked article in the wiki has me wondering...though it could be a troll, I suppose. Any dp's would be appreciated.

I emailed them and officially, the answer is no. I was wondering the same thing, and have heard anecdotal accounts of success, especially for F cabins pax and airlines elites.

Anyone have any data points to add? Would love to know...

Hi,
Does anyone know if I use my BOA premier card, can I have $100 airline incidental statement credit? It is not an airline lounge, so probably not?
Thanks,
SA

Inbound the service definitely must be booked in advance and believe me it is money well spent considering MBJ has so many jumbos arriving from Britain and Western Europe. Leaving MBJ, if you are traveling in Economy Class you must reserve and pay for ClubMobay in advance. If you are traveling in first on some airlines like Caribbean Airlines (old Air Jamaica) then you will automatically get entrance to priority security lines as well as lounge automatically for departures.

SO and I are going to have Priority Pass Select (10 visits per year) through our credit cards. We have 2 kids, can we all get into the club with our passes? Also, does this get us the fast track service or do you have to pay that separately?

Can anyone compare the quality of Club Kingston to Club MoBay? The MBJ lounge is pretty solid with the service and drinks/food on offer. With more business traffic at KIN, just wondering if it is also worth it or just a glorified airport room?

Club Kingston is streets better than MoBay, IMO.

I’m looking for Lounge reviews ... ahh, look here, albeit 6 years ago. TR: Gatwick (LGW) to Kingston (KIN) in CW, for the novice.

It seems like Club Kingston doesn't have any airplane views like Club Mobay. Does it have spa services (for a fee)?
For Club Mobay...is there a better of the two lounges worth accessing? I see that there are two options; trying to decide which Club Mobay is better for a visit?

Yes, the KIN lounge is completely windowless. No Spa when we were last there.
I don’t recall a view at MBJ, but found it a very depressing Lounge when we were there in 2012. We just bugged out to the Vibe Bar at Concourse level, where we were able to smoke back then.

PS: The Tripadvisor reviews on my link indicate it is much improved!!

Please be advised that fast track services on arrival are not valid with a Priority Pass and access to the lounges are based upon the availability of space. If you would like to utilize our full arrival service, this may be done at a cost of US$50 per adult and US$25 per child. This includes personalized Meet and Greet service at the end of the ramp with the names on a paddle sign and fast track escort service through Customs and Immigration in addition to your use of the lounge.

You may pre-book your departure via https://booking.vacationpriorities.com/ to reserve your seat at the lounge and guarantee access. Please be advised that a $5 charge will be attracted for processing.

For further information, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or at the numbers below.

Does anyone know of a CC that would consider Club Mobay a reimbursable charge?
