St Thomas for two nights

I am doing this trip for miles and spending two nights in St Thomas - Sept. 24 - 26.

What do you recommend I do and see?

Is it advisable to rent a car?

Thank you all for your advice.

Don't rent a car on St. Thomas.

Consider spending your time on nearby St. John, two-thirds of which is a national park. Ity's a 20-minute ferry ride from Red Hook or about 45 minutes from Charlotte Amalie.

PM me if the St. John option is of interest.

Absolutely rent a car. Taxis are very expensive. Even if you are going to St. John (recommended), it might be cheaper to take the car ferry from Red Hook.

Seconded. I can't believe how expensive taxis are there (and in other islands), given how tiny the island is.

And the fact that in USVIs and BVIs, fare is per person, not per trip.
