San Juan Hilton Property Recommendations

I've searched for about 2 hours. I've found mixed reviews. Which Hilton property would you recommend in San Juan for my wife and I?

Thanks for your time,

#1 for the beach and pool and tropical fish you can see from the pier. On-property dining options are very pricey.
#2 for the casino, and the nearby restaurants.
#3 Doubletree if you are on a short business trip.

Have you searched ther Hilton forum on FT? IIRC #1 and #2 have been discussed extensively.

MKT and 13F,
Thank you both for your responses.

13F,
Yes I did. We've stayed at the Caribe Hilton in the past. Then they had an Executive floor. The alcohol was free. From what i've read the property is not what it was. We are looking for a Hilton property with good Diamond benefits. Looks like the same 2 I thought and read were the best choice for a Hilton property.

Thanks again,

HH Diamonds receive coupons for an appetizer, and a drink, based on my two stays there in 2010.
