Which airlines to service new Intl airport at SVD?

The brand new international airport on St. Vincent (SVD) is supposed to open some time next year replacing the existing tiny airport with a modern one and a 9,000 foot runway. I have heard they are in negotiations with airlines out of USA, Canada, UK (Probably Delta, American, Air Canada, British Air)

Has anyone heard anything concrete on who will fly there and out of what cities?
