Rule for alcohol volume

Hi all,

this is my return trip
a)CCE-PTP
b)PTP-CCE
c)SXM-CLT-BOS with US
d)BOS-ORD-BRU with UA

How much liter of alcohol do I take?

and what about the quantity from SXM for my return to the USA?

Do you know the precise rules?

I read on the website of the U.S. customs :

Generally, one liter of alcohol per person may be entered into the U.S. duty-free by travelers who are 21 or older, although travelers coming from the U.S. Virgin Islands or other Caribbean countries are entitled to more

Virgin Islands or other Caribbean countries are entitled to more : What does it exactly means?

Thank you
