miles for hotel stay?
How would I go about getting Canadian Plus to add miles for my past hotel stays? I stayed at a Howard Johnson hotel in mississauga for 9 days and when I checked in, they did not inform me on the prodecures for earning miles.. I still have the hotel receipts..

What I did was to send a copy of my receipt, with my C+ number on it, to their office in Vancouver. Nine months later (I kid thee not), the miles showed up. Granted, I had an unusual situation (going through the Pan Am reservation agency), but still...
