What's nice is that this is one of those times McArthur's article made the Ontario edition here in Ottawa (and obviously the National editing since IsleTraveller is in Vancouver). Nothing about phantom passengers, though.
Apparantly I was very frustrated last week that I really want the media and the public to know about how we are getting treated by the airline after flying 100K miles with them.
I don't think there will be anything on the phantom passenger soon as no one really want to directly accuse them of doing it since we have no hard copy proof and you know how those false accusation stuff goes.. however, I know a lot of us would love to see it in the paper.
Do you think that you have effectively cut off any chance of future preferred treatment from CP? Your name must be at the top of their hit list. Or, are you now going to call yourself "Admiral, the artist formerly known as Empress"??? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
Informative comments, thanks for the link and the information. Sometimes it's difficult to judge what's happening up North with limited news covereage down here. Thanks and I'll look for additional comments as this situation goes the distance.
We are the airlines' lifelines to survival. We are ultimately the ones which can drive them out of business by not flying them.
So they better keep us happy... which of course they are doing the opposite.
Let see what Milton & friends can do if all of a sudden 80% of their SE/EP, E/GLD no longer fly them.

I guess we're tied for media appearances now EMPRESS. Caught the story in the electronic edition of the G&M while in the BA Terrace lounge in Durban, waiting for my flight to JBN/Kimberley. (However, I was pleased to read about your treatment by inflight crew the other day on your flight to YVR. I had a similar excellent final chefs conclave meal flight on the 29th between YEG and YYZ, enroute down here.
