Transitioning YYZ Domestic <-> Transborder/Intl

It's been a while since I connected in YYZ for an international or trans-border flight. For transborder in particular I much prefer to clear in YYC and even if I had to connect, it now has one-stop security (OSS) so you clear customs and go directly into the domestic terminal area.

For YYZ now - if you are coming back from an international flight (or transborder), do you have to clear security again, or is OSS implemented at Pearson yet? What about Domestic -> YYZ -> Transborder/Intl?

CBP wants everyone screened before talking to a Preclearance Agent, so OSS for Domestic -> Transborder will not be implemented in the near future. As for International/USA -> Domestic at YYZ, there seems to be rumors that now they make people who are qualified board a bus from F/E gates to D gates in Terminal 1. Haven't heard anything about Terminal 3...
