Very lofty goal! To become a airport of they scale they are hoping it will take more than reduing taxes and adding more immigration linies. Not least of all Canada will need to allow the ME3 to expand within the country.

If this were the first announcement of this plan or concept, this forum would be the perfect home for this thread.
