Halifax airport
I have a short connect time through Halifax headed to PEI. I am arriving from the US and was wondering if anyone had some insight if my connect time of just under an hour would be sufficient to clear customs with checked luggage. My flight is on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks in advance!

For Air Canada, the published minimum connection time is 45 minutes. http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelin...s.html#faq:3-*

Welcome to FlyerTalk. Since this specifically pertains to an airport in Canada, your post has been moved to the appropriate destination forum for assistance.
Good luck.

If you are traveling from Canada you will have no issues as your arrival gate will be a short walk to the depart gate. If you are coming from the US make sure you tell the flight crew of the short connection time, they should let you off the plane first so that you can clear customs quicker as your going to need to clear security on the other side again to get to your gate. Halifax is not too bad, fairly quick, 100% automatic check in and lines at security are not bad.
