Getting miles from Budget is like pulling teeth anyway. They rarely automatically post after a rental, and then fighting to get what you're owed is a long difficult process that only works out some of the time.
If you're up for the challenge, print out everything with offer codes etc and keep these until you actually see the miles.

1) Has anyone tested it to see if one has to be a Medallion?
2) This is confusing right at the beginning of the t&c: "3,000 bonus miles offer is valid from March 15, 2009 through December 31, 2009 on qualifying weekly rentals of one or more consecutive days at participating Budget airport locations in the U.S. and Canada where Delta Air Lines flies.... (etc. etc.)"

Non-medallions have reported success with getting the miles. Not just with Budget accepting the coupon and bonus miles printing on return receipts but with the miles actually posting to their SkyMiles accounts.

I have three Budget receipts with it printed and no 3000 bonus Skymiles yet. All in October. The standard miles have come in on the early ones...?
