I think you should add http://www.skylow.com in your list of websites.
It's the only site where you can search and BOOK a ticket on a LCC.
I used their deal finder tool. I found a Paris- London for less than $1. Of course, you have to add taxes and it's one way. But still, it's nice to feel that you've found the very cheapest flight.

It looks like VivaMacau will actually start flying shortly out of Macau. Different to the other LCC's springing up in Asia, VivaMacau will be flying 767's and targeting mid-range distance flights rather than entering the fray around SE Asia.
Initial destinations are Jakarta and Male. Opening prices on the Macau-Jakarta legs look to be MOP388+tax each way (about US$80 each way including all taxes). Website can be found at http://www.flyvivamacau.com .
May be of some interest to some
30 plus destinations @ 35 euro one way into Malta.
Also some other offers.
I also hear starting November they will start code sharing with Lufthansa. www.airmalta.com
Since this forum is for budget travelling, here's a list of info that I compiled over the years for low cost carriers, as well as "consolidators" that are based in Europe. This list is accurate, as of today (Sept 3rd 2006) and is by no means completed (and probably never will, as it's a moving target!! ). LCC's comes and goes, so I'll need your help to try to keep this list as useful and up to date as possible. Please PM me if there is LCC's that I have forgot to include in the list and I'll include them in the list. Please also PM me if you find that a website is no longer working, or when an LCC goes under. This post is a live document and will change, as the picture of LCC's will change!
I divided the list into continents, and then into country, when appropriate.

I've gone through the list of European LCCs, and the following changes should be made to your list Super Larry:
I like http://www.flylc.com for searching LCC carriers between specific city pairings. Simply input your Departure and Arrival cities; the website lists available LCCs that service the route. Additionally, one can work backward by selecting the preferred LCC (if applicable) and seeing what routes are offered.
