Booking extra seat for extra baggage

Would budget airlines such as Easyjet allow people to book additional seat for the same person just so to get additional 20kg of baggage weight?

I have a lot of luggage, and find that buying extra luggage weight is much more than buying another seat.

Nope. you'll find most airlines will sell you the extra seat, but advise it has no baggage allowance attached.
