I don't actually see this fare on the website (it seems to fare at $399 each way even though it says "return") but I do see other discounted fares that would be "better than the alternatives."
It doesn't seem like a mileage run, but perhaps flyertalkers would benefit from mileage runners dissecting what's actually available here. I'm sure there's pent up demand for affordable transatlantic fares for this summer.

I'm sure this thread will be moved, as there's no mileage accrual for Iceland Express, but the price is actually $399 r/t all-in. During the summer. Insane. Available to:
Aalborg
Berlin
Billund
Copenhagen
Gothenburg
Krakow
London
Luxemburg
Oslo
Reykjavik
Warsaw

I had to do a couple of double-takes on this fare...and this carrier. I first thought FL had died and been ressurected as some kind of Icelandic LCC!
From what I can tell, though, KEF is not a valid destination for this fare. You can stopover, but not terminate there.

Of course, the problem for flyertalkers is that, when you lose all mileage accrual, $400 isn't "that" cheap.
Still if you need/want to cross the Pond this summer, this seems interesting -- especially for those "friends and family" who are shocked that you can't find them under $500 tickets across the Atlantic.

Not that it really matters, but they're flying a leased Astraeus Airlines 757 (enjoy the 30" pitch) for the trans-Atlantic routes. You may remember Astraeus as the employer of Iron Maiden lead singer Bruce Dickinson, who also happens to be an Astraeus 757 pilot.
Going back to the fare: the website is having some issues right now (probably because of the 4 of us reading this thread hammering on it for the past 30 minutes). Although it won't let you choose Reykjavik as a destination on the first page, if you do a search, on the results page Reykjavik does become an option.

With open jaws, it is possible to get prices below $370, which helps because the prices out of London and Berlin in late summer tend to be hundreds more than the prices to get there, hence necessitating flying out of another city.

I checked a bunch of dates EWR-LGW and it shows a lot of availability and it is truly $399 total round trip. Great deal for bargain travelers who want to go to Europe and don't care about miles/amenities
