Fraud in TAM website
Please be aware and extremely cautious when using TAM Brazilian Airlines website to purchase any ticket. I have been hacked with my personal details.
My credit card was used for buying tickets that I did not purchase, in an excess of USD 8.000,00. I had to block my credit card, opened a Police report for such, but TAM does not recognise the failure in its system. My credit card administrator is still veryfing the non-recognition of such expenses, but TAM did close the file the after my complaint. This defensive attitude, only proves the lack of responsibility of TAM. I have told and warned my network, so I am asking any future passenger to be very careful.
