FlyDubai: manage reservation
I booked IAD-DXB-BEY via UA with DXB-BEY on Flydubai. Is there any way to manage my flight without having to call in to the service center? Pick seats or pre-order food?

I contacted them via the customer service email on the website and they sent a seat map and a range of available seats. I sent them my choices and they assigned the seats. Was unconventional, but effective. They did a great job with the customer service.
