airport concession fee on top of rental tax?

airport concession fee on top of rental tax?
just read on kiplinger magazine that when renting a car from airport location, some will charge 11 to 17% AIRPORT CONSESSION FEE.
anyone know this?
i plan on renting budget form BUFFALO for few days and online rental check out total shoes tax and fees but didn't see something called CONSESSION FEE

Yes. Concession-recovery fees are quite common at airport locations. But if there is one on your rental, it should be included in the "estimated total" on your reservation confirmation. It will not necessarily be listed as a separate item on your confirmation, but will be itemized on your rental contract.

if insurance is not included in total rental cost with tax, how much?
i have geico personal auto insurance, does it cover rental car?
does BUDGET charge you extra for insurance for trip to toronto from buffalo airport?
my chase sapphire preferred card also covers rental car i think?
