Just found out the hard way that you cannot change the return date. I booked a reward F ticket from JFK to LHR for Xmas and unfortunately had to stay longer in England to deal with a family emergency. Has this "no change" policy always been the case ? I seem to remember changing dates many years ago, but maybe that was on a different airline. However, when I canceled , they did at least refund a good portion of the taxes and surcharges !
