Was on BA1394 LHR-MAN @ 13:40 Tuesday and there was a 3 or 4 car group departing straight from the tarmac at LHR (not from my flight but the plane next door) - only saw it late but looked a little like a slightly aged John Major getting in the central car.

Anyone else know anything ?

Sitting in the GLA lounge - shuttle from LGW just landed. 2 Range Rovers, 1 Jag and an MPV all with darkened glass standing by. Gordon Brown about to walk off the plane and into the Jag no doubt.

(2 mins later)
He's in his Jag, sitting in the back drinking a cup of coffee and eating sarnies. Clearly doesn't fancy the new food offerings on BA.

John Prescott + wife on BA72 from Abu Dhabi this morning. Sat in WTP or possibly the front of WT (only saw him as we were all getting off). Unlike recent posts of grand motorcades for Gordon Brown, "Two Jags" got stuck on the overloaded buses to the terminal with the rest of us.

I really hate what that man did when in government. Funny that he was not in a premium cabin.

Currently sitting on the Concorde Lounge Terrace and Samuel L Jackson is at the other side and behind me by the window is Desomond Tutu. When DT came in SLJ and "friend" went over to say hi. They disappeared for a while, guess they went to dine together.

DT is just one awesome dude! SLJ rocks too I need more champagne...

Sadly for those for would like to see him suffer, the flight was lightly loaded and most in WT will have had a spare seat near them.

He was resplendently dressed in slacks and a blue blazer... I did wonder if he'd been reading less reputable websites than FT that suggest being smartly dressed gets you an upgrade :-).

Uri Geller on BA5 to NRT November 9th. Spent a fair bit of the flight bending spoons in the CSD's office.

Moral dilemma - is taking a BA teaspoon he bent for me off the flight thieving, or disposing of the evidence of someone else's criminal damage

to the great crew in F as well.

We flew St Lucia -LGW on the 15th October and we had Dwight Yorke, Kenwyn Jones, Clint Morrisson and some other footballer near us. We were in CW and Clint Morrisson's AVOD wasn't working so he kept banging the seat grrrr. They were already on the plane from when it left Trinidad and connected in St Lucia
