AirMiles to Avios
I had a Airmiles account but can no longer log-in.

Have tried to log-in to Avios using my Username etc, with joy.

Does this mean all is lost and have to start afresh with Avios.

Avios expire after three years of no activity. When do your miles date back to?

The AirMiles programme closed in 2011 and was moved to Avios. Unfortunately it is very unlikely your miles still exist.
