I wonder if he is concerned about BA management?
Also, AC should hope that no board members had family traveling who were expose to BA this weekend.

I doubt his brief included loosing the airline £100-150 million. Given BA's marginal performance since AC took charge I don't think there is much in the way of argument he has done a good job and his alleged Yammer rants, well draw your own conclusions on that.

While I could see David Cush as being an interesting choice - the Virgin America product fits very well with the British Airways style (or what it should be!). Although BA has been male dominated over the years at the top - maybe its time for a woman.
Despite their failings at being truly low cost - CMC has done a good job at easyJet at winning over customers and changing perception.

Also lanyard="I am a normal member of staff, just like the little people....". As if any member of BA staff would need to see his badge to know who he is, and what they think of him.

Cruz is done after this disaster, major institutional shareholders of IAG will make it very clear he needs to be removed.
Out of his depth, unapproachable, arrogant and simply doesn't care about the product (Willie has got my back, so BA can go to hell)
