As you enter there is a left turn for F (obviously... ) and right to GC. That was closed and I saw a BA delegation being taken through as we entered. So doesn't look open at the moment but the opening of GF can only be a good sign morning forward.

You've had a good week on BA really! Thanks for the report, and I hope you have a good flight to Florida. Aidy I think is Silver going to JER, which may be why he was in Clubrooms.

Good news that it's (a) open, and (b) seems quite an improvement on the old one - pending ability to order off the menu. There in 5 weeks time for a long RAK weekend

Food is the same as first lounge in T5 from what I can see. It's very light and airy. Great views of the runway. I think I prefer it to the T5 frist lounge. It is a bit
smaller.
Ive never seen so many staff in the lounge ha

I'm quite enthused by the LGW Flounge from the pictures. A runway view is such a boon, and if it's bigger than the previous lounge then I'm happy to call that an improvement, menu or not.

Just got to Gatwick and was advised that there was a surprise if I headed to the Clubrooms at check-in. Needless to say they're directing via a back route there behind the hoarding at the moment.
Quite quiet in here at the moment - I'm quite impressed with what they've managed, and I'd say almost better than GF at T5. Staff are literally everywhere fettling around though at the moment!
