Thanks Cymro. Is it tempting as love some QR J class but I now have a genuine need to go to CTU and instead of coming back from PVG to do it will just get done at start of trip. THE ex-Italy fare now works perfectly. Thanks again.

Hi all, hunting around for our holiday in September, we ideally would like to be in the MCO/TPA area from the 2-16th. Best so far I can find is DUB-LHR-JFK-MCO and then MCO-MIA-LHR-DUB for about 1500EUR and maximising those TPs obviously.

Is this about as good as it'll get or are there any other better options? Slightly felxible on dates. Cheers!

I agree that the issue is most likely caused by the D/J issue, i.e., AA.com doesn't want you to book I+D but there is no availability in the relevant AA bucket. BA.com or a UK TA might be able to get closer.

It'd be helpful, if none of the above makes it clear, if you could expand the fare details from the AA.ocm search. For what it's worth, I'm only seeing the higher price in ITA.
I have tried all options listed above and it keeps returning the higher price.

I'm having similar issues today. A trip to YYC/SEA I've been tracking on google flights dropped by £300 overnight, but the price goes back up after I go through to book. Same with matrix which displays the fare as £1300 but can not find it anywhere for less than £1600.

The same seems to be happening on most US destinations exDUB.

Ex eu isn't a problem but the best deals I can find won't book on a dummy booking as it gives a mct error as its too tight. What's the MCT at LHR for int to int?

Also, no matter how I try I can't get any flight quotes with Qatar through Doha.

Whilst I've already been searching myself, I'd appreciate any thoughts, ideas or help which might help me get a good deal. I realise there could be a sale just around the corner with QTR or FIN etc but obviously difficult/impossible to predict

AMS-LHR-HND return comes up as £1,885 on BA in Business

https://www.google.co.jp/flights/?cu...c=b;a=ONEWORLD

BRU-HEL-ICN return comes up as £1,473 on FIN in Business, but has an 18h stopover on the return and you would need to get from Seoul to Tokyo but usually can do for 7,500 avios (for Y) or 15,000 avios (for J) each way

Thanks timcjp

Following on from your FIN suggestion, I've played about with it and have found an earlier flight that will suit. It now all depends on when exactly I need to travel!

Thanks again

Same issue for me with Ex-DUB flights today. Overnight prices went up significantly for travel in July.

I just got OSL-BKK return for 9170 NOK (£818 GBP) in June with MASTERCARD promo code. Have to pay with Mastercard.

That's in business (R), just to be clear!

Not just for July. I was looking at NYC ex DUB for Nov. The flights were DUB-PHL-LGA & JFK-LHR-DUB with both transatlantic segments on AY numbers. Jumped by over €400 when I went to book this morning

Lots of QR fares at the moment:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/premi...ard-promo.html (works to many more, like DPS, BKK, etc).

Any tips for late September for a couple of weeks? Looking to leave around 29th. Can find an interesting J via ICN for just under £1,800 but happy to do exEU too but can't seem to find much.
