thank you BA (Grace Period: Gold Upgrade for two)
My membership ended on 9 Nov at 2335 points , but I made 565 points on the same day by flying HNL-PHX-PHL-DUB, rang BAEC gold member line and after about 10 days BA gave me a gold upgrade voucher for two as goodwill!
BA normally wouldn't do this , they said this is exceptional as my account reset on the same day! They said grace period applied to membership tiers but nothing to do with gold upgrade vouchers etc.
I need to thank BAEC call centre staffs and managers here!
